Elizabeth is Principal of the Progressive Kinesiology Academy, who she co-founded with Miranda Welton in 2001 and is a tutor for the Association of Natural Medicine. She teaches Kinesiology from Foundation to Professional levels and also teaches Diploma courses is Anatomy and Physiology and Post Graduate courses in Nutrition. She is also qualified to offer Reflexology, Nutrition, Craniosacral Therapy (level 1), Indian Head Massage and Reiki, although she embraces Progressive Kinesiology as her main tool for helping clients.
